SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship orders Monday - Friday.
Living Streams ships by USPS Priority Mail or USPS Ground Advantage Monday thru Friday. We will only be offering UPS service for International orders.
We have tried to implement UPS shipping options however, there is no local drop off in our rural community and the paid UPS pickup service does not even pickup in our community on a daily basis.
Canada Shipping: Please wait to order the probiotics if you are experiencing freezing or extremely high temperatures in your area as this will destroy the product.
UK Orders: We are reopening delivery to the UK with restrictions. Orders must be more than $200.00 US dollars to ship to the UK. Otherwise, you will need to ship to 3rd party shipper in the USA. Orders that do NOT meet the minimum purchase guidelines will be cancelled and refunded.
International Duties Fees: The fee is not included in the shipping charges. Declarations: Please do NOT ask us to declare merchandise as Used Goods, Gifts, Samples or Under Declare its value.
Storage and Refrigeration Questions
Once you receive your probiotics store them in the refrigerator to maintain the potency and shelf life of the product. We offer a one-year guarantee on our products. Expiration dates are printed on each bottle.
Living Streams Probiotic can be safely kept unrefrigerated in moderate temperatures, below 105 degrees, for short periods of times (3-4 weeks). This feature allows us to ship them to you without using cold packs and will also allow you to transfer some into smaller bottles to take to work or take on vacation without having to worry about refrigeration.
