Application: Start with 10 drops (1/4 teaspoon) a day.

Children (ages 1 -12) start with 5 drops to a maximum of 10 drops (1/4 teaspoon) three times a day.

Children (under 1) to a maximum of 5 drops a day.

For best results take with meals.
